Product Description:
The SUN913R can send wireless video to the receiver that can then be connected to your TV, VCR, or DVR for viewing and recording. It is designed for situations where you need a single area of concern monitored. It is composed of a single camera for indoor or outdoor use and a portable DVR.
The Camera:
The camera has an alloy protective shell and is weather proof should you use it for an outdoor application but can be used indoors as well. It is 1/4" CCD and has a 3.6mm lens as well as 30 infrared LEDs with up to 15 meters night vision range. The camera provides color picturing during the day and switches to night vision as the LEDs will automatically start up when light levels drop below 10 Lux. The Camera effectively covers a 25' x 25' effective viewing area and can transmit its´ video signal up to 100m, without obstruction, to the portable DVR unit. The camera is powered with a 12v DC plug in power supply which is included with the system.
The Portable DVR:
The portable DVR unit has a very simple operational interface and needs no software to connect to a TV, a monitor, or computer for playback of images. The system has the ability detect moving objects, take photos, and shoot automatically or manually. With the use of a 64MB SD card, it also can store approximately 800 images or 200 ten second video clips. If you wish, you can also expand the memory capacity with the use of a SD card with higher storage capacity. For example a 2G SD card can store 28,800 images, or 4,380 ten second video clips. The portable DVR supports various types of CCTV cameras to include wired or wireless, and CCD or CMOS. And if you turn the power off, the images stored on the SD card will not be lost. The unit is powered with a 12v DC plug in power supply which is included with the system.

After the SUN913R is initially setup, the DVR can be disconnected from the TV and placed in a concealed area within the camera's 100m unobstructed range. Yes, completely hidden from everyone´s view and still functional! Later, just connect to the TV or monitor for viewing. |
